- Overview
We are seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to support our Restaurant Manager and Banqueting Manager working across our key food and beverage departments.
Supporting with private events, weddings, conferences as well as the daily operation of the bar and restaurant.
- £27,000 per annum + monthly service charge payment
- 4 weeks holiday rising to 5 weeks with service

Requirements
- Varying shifts daytimes and evenings 40 hrs, 5 days per week.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Food and beverage service experience ideally within a busy restaurant environment.
- Wine knowledge would be also be desirable
- Smart appearance, warm personality with good communication skills.
- You must be a methodical, tidy, and organised worker to ensure service runs smoothly.
The Role
We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to run food and beverage service ensuring guests are welcomed and cared for from the minute they arrive in our restaurant and café, and into our private events suites, to the time they leave.
Someone with the ability to juggle tasks in a calm organised manner, have a tidy worth ethic and do all that with a constant smile for our guests.
You must have the personality and confidence to work alone, as well as the ability to be a team player and motivate the team to deliver success in restaurant and private function areas.
Duties include;
- Ensuring the restaurant is prepared for service.
- Meeting and greeting guests.
- Taking guest orders.
- Delegating tasks to the team.
- Coaching employees to develop their skills and ensure service standards are met.
- Serving food and beverage including alcoholic beverages and wines.
- Completing satisfaction checks and action all feedback.
- Resolving any service issues.
- Presenting bills to non-resident guests and taking payment.
- Ensuring the restaurant is reset at the end of the shift ready for lunch service.
- Ensuring work area is clean and tidy before closing.
