You will lead the dining team, ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards across breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week.
The role requires supervisory experience in a quality hotel/restaurant, a smart appearance and excellent communication. You must have own transport due to location and shift patterns.
