We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to provide mortgage advice and various other services related to the home buying process to Alexander Hall's customers. Salary: Basic salary £30k + bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Build relationship with Foxtons within office (where appropriate)
- Maintain daily structure
- Refer every client to the Protection Team for advice
- Comply with company T&C, Compliance and submission standards
Measurements: RBM grade, Protection referral levels, Client feedback, Qualification for quarterly TCF bonus
This role will involve working from our Central London office in Holborn 4 days a week, with one day working from home. There is then flexibility for this to be reduced once Competent Adviser Status (CAS) is achieved.

- Previous experience working as a Mortgage Advisor with full CeMap qualifications
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and work to prescribed deadlines
