We’re launching one of North London’s most exciting used car operations and we need a Sales Manager who’s driven, dynamic, and laser-focused on results. This isn’t just about managing a team; it’s about building a sales engine. With over 1,000 cars in stock, high footfall, and huge marketing support, your team will have everything they need to dominate—and so will you.

What You’ll Be Owning

  • Lead from the front; drive team targets and deliver strong unit and F&I results
  • Coach and develop a high-performing sales team; hiring, mentoring, motivating
  • Maximise profitability on every deal; chassis + F&I
  • Deliver exceptional customer journeys and resolve any post-sale queries
  • Oversee finance & insurance compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Own pricing strategy; daily stock reviews and listing management
  • Keep customer satisfaction high and your showroom buzzing

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Controller in the motor trade

The Offer

  • £30K base salary
  • OTE up to £120K; capped but highly achievable
  • Loads of stock, warm leads, and a team that’s ready to be led
  • 28 days holiday

The Hours

  • Week 1: 6 days (1 weekday off)
  • Week 2: 5 days (1 weekday + Sunday off)
  • Mon-Fri: 09:00-18:00
  • Saturday: 09:00-18:00
  • Sunday: 10:00-17:00
