Regional Manager Recladding Sector  Salary 110k negotiable depending on experience  South London Projects    This is an amazing opportunity for a hands on Regional Manager looking for a new challenge or looking to take the next step into Senior Management within the Recladding side of construction.  The role is with a long term Client who is a Principal Cladding Contractor who undertake cladding regeneration throughout London and the South East.  Ideally you will have worked your way up the ladder within the industry from Site Manager so you have a complete understanding of the role and a strong understanding of the roles of the Managers that report to you.  This role requires the individual to actively supervise/manage the delivery of the projects by being in attendance on the site by giving direction and auditing the delivery of the works. By necessity this role requires the individual to spend substantial amounts of their time on site, so a willingness and ability to attend the workface high up on scaffold is essential. You will have dealt with projects in the region of 10m and be able to operate at a high level and oversee projects within your remit. Previous experience within the social housing recladding sector is a must to be able to execute this role to it's needed level.  Covering the South of London you will report to the Operations Director and be one of the higher Senior Management within the business.  Salary for this role is negotiable for the right person and depends on experience but sits in the region of 110k plus    Please call Heather directly for a confidential conversation if you feel this is the role for you.    Regional Manager Overall Responsibility  • Ensure the company strategy and policy is delivered to all staff and supply chain • Assist with new project tenders and development of pre-construction activities Regional Manager must Ensure delivery: ➢ To the agreed project delivery plan and take on budget. ➢ Your projects are adequately resourced, and the teams are set up to be successful. ➢ You ensure your staff and supply chain are adequately trained ➢ You are operating safely and compliantly in line with company policy and legislative requirements. ➢ Your teams operate and deliver your contractual obligations ahead of programme ➢ Projects are built to the design and agreed QCQA standard ➢ Produce no less than the required monthly reports internally and externally. Regional Manager Role Responsibilities: • Understand the contractual and legislative requirements ➢ H&S ➢ Employers’ requirement/Contractors’ proposals ➢ Budget ➢ Scope of works ➢ Design/ drawings ➢ Programme • Ensure the monthly board report information is being issued ➢ CVR ➢ Staff Tracker ➢ Sales Forecast ➢ Risk & Opportunities ➢ Training requirements Via the Contracts Manager(s) & Project Manager(s) • Monitor/ensure all aspects of H&S compliance to ensure all works are to the required standards. • Ensure all aspects of Design & QA/QC are being delivered and carry out a no less than monthly audit. • Ensure the Contract Manager & Project Manager is planning re-source and materials to better the contract programme, including maintaining a constant look ahead plan. • Ensure as-built programmes and delay/variation records are being kept and issued as required. • Ensure compliance with company policies, protocols/IMS & FIRAS Regional Manager Job Description Skills and Qualifications: Role-specific: • Technical – experienced Contracts/Project Manager within construction for large projects (£ms) • CSCS black card (Contracts Manager) • SMSTS • Asbestos awareness, scaffold inspection and first aid certificates • Programme and project management – proficiently manage the production of Gantt charts including critical path analysis, interpretation of requirements, and tracking of financial information • CRB checked as required for specific sites, e.g. schools. • Site management certificate including Health & Safety • Construction Design & Management Regulations General IT: • Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel Regional Manager Benefits: • 33 days’ holiday inclusive of bank holidays • Company Pension • Private Medical Insurance • Life Assurance Scheme • Employee Assistance Programme   Please call Heather for a confidential conversation
