Bench Assembly / Wiring Operatives (Seated Role) Production Team Located near Bishop's Stortford £12.21 per hour (£12.71 From Apr 1st) + overtime (time & a half) 4-day week - Fridays off!

Looking for a role where you can learn new skills, work in a friendly team, and not be on your feet all day? We're recruiting for Bench Assembly / Wiring Operatives to join a busy but welcoming production environment. This is a bench-based, seated role, ideal if you prefer more comfortable, focused work.

What you’ll be doing as an Assembly / Wiring Operative:

  • Assembling and wiring small components
  • Working from clear diagrams and instructions
  • Using basic hand tools
  • Carrying out simple quality checks

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow diagrams and instructions
  • Any assembly or wiring experience is a bonus (not essential)

Assembly / Wiring Operatives Hours:

Monday 07.00-17.15 Tuesday - Thursday 07.00-5.15 (early starts, longer days = long weekends!)

Location / Travel:

The site is just outside Bishop's Stortford. Own transport is helpful but not essential, as there is a bus service (the 508) from Bishop's Stortford and Harlow that runs nearby.
