My client is a leading provider of specialist software solutions specialising in time & attendance, access control, and job costing systems that serve more than 75,000 users, offering an array of both standard and bespoke solutions designed to meet diverse business needs, covering advanced solutions and additional offerings.

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. This role acts as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and retention while maximising revenue generation.

Role Responsibilities
