A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Functional Analyst to support the design and improvement of end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) services as part of a large-scale finance transformation programme. Working closely with finance, operational and technology teams, you will help design scalable, efficient and well-controlled O2C processes covering billing, invoicing, cash receipts and cash application within an ERP-enabled environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve end-to-end O2C processes, including billing, invoicing and cash application.
- Gather and document business requirements, process flows and operational procedures.
- Support the development of finance operating models and service designs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, technology and operations teams.
- Contribute to process optimisation, revenue assurance and financial control initiatives.
- Produce functional documentation to support testing, training and operational readiness.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience within Order to Cash processes and finance transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of billing, debt management, cash allocation and financial controls.
- Experience working with ERP finance systems, ideally Oracle-based environments.
- Ability to create clear process documentation and functional specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience improving cash application and suspense account processes preferred.
