The Sales Account Manager is responsible for nurturing and growing relationships within an existing portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships across HR, Operations, Payroll, Finance and IT functions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to increase account value through additional products and services.
This is more than a traditional sales role. As part of a growing organisation, the position offers the opportunity to gain a broader understanding of how a business operates, beyond sales alone.
