An established and growing technology provider specialising in workforce planning, resource management and talent optimisation solutions for professional services firms is seeking a Sales Executive to support its next phase of expansion. The organisation delivers software used by global consulting, legal and professional advisory firms to optimise workforce allocation across complex teams, projects and geographies. As part of a wider international technology group, the business is investing in commercial growth and expanding its global client base. The Sales Executive will play a key commercial role in driving new revenue, developing relationships with prospective clients and contributing to the company’s continued international growth.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline of prospective clients.
- Identify, engage and convert new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, understanding their operational challenges and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospect engagement through to contract signature.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and opportunity records within the company CRM system.
- Deliver product demonstrations, both virtually and in person, clearly articulating technical capability and commercial value.
- Support clients throughout the sales process to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Monitor industry developments, competitor activity and changing market needs.
- Proactively share client feedback and identify opportunities for product or solution improvement.
