Role Purpose
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for nurturing and growing relationships within an existing portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships across HR, Operations, Payroll, Finance and IT functions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to increase account value through additional products and services.

For the right individual, this role provides genuine opportunities for professional development, career progression and long-term growth within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Location and Travel
This is a home-based role managing a national portfolio of client accounts, primarily located within major UK cities. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to manage their own diary and workload. Most client engagement will be conducted remotely via video conferencing and telephone.
