An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Support Manager to provide essential operational support in a critical environment. This role is focused on maintaining safety, legal compliance, and regulatory adherence across systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure ongoing safety, legal, and compliance-related activities are maintained in line with organisational standards.

  • Collaborate closely with on-site engineering teams to establish and refine operational protocols.

  • Support the implementation and continuous operation of building and facilities alarm systems.

Essential Skills and Experience:


  • Hands-on experience in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of alarm systems, including but not limited to:

    • Trend

    • Vista

    • Schneider Systems (EcoStruxure)

    • Sauter Systems

  • Proven background working with alarm systems in a large-scale organisational environment.

  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure systems are fully functional and aligned with operational needs.
