What You'll Do
You'll lead all Group FP&A and management reporting activity, partnering with leaders across Alexander Dennis and the wider NFI Group. You'll be responsible for consolidated forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting, ensuring that financial insight is clear, accurate, and supports the strategic direction of the business. You'll also drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and ways of working across the finance organisation.
What We're Looking For
You'll bring significant post-qualification experience in a senior FP&A leadership role, ideally within a complex, multi-entity environment. You'll have strong IFRS knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences. You will be adept at influencing senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and driving performance across diverse functions and business units.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with Hyperion / EPM or other consolidation tools
- A background within manufacturing, engineering, or large-scale operational businesses
- A track record of leading significant reporting transformations or systems improvements
