What You’ll Do

As a Service Exchange Van Driver, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our service exchange operation. You will travel to customer sites across the UK to collect service exchange parts and return them into our network, ensuring they meet required standards. Acting as a key point of contact for customers, you’ll represent Alexander Dennis professionally while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely collections and deliveries.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual with experience in a logistics, warehouse, or distribution environment. You’ll be comfortable working independently, travelling extensively, and communicating with customers face-to-face. With strong organisational skills and attention to detail, you’ll ensure collections are handled efficiently and in line with company processes.

  • Bonus if you have:
  • Knowledge of chassis or vehicle parts
  • Forklift Truck (counterbalance) licence or willingness to obtain one
  • Experience in a parts or service exchange environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK road networks and geography
