What You’ll Do
As a Central Accountant, you will prepare key financial information used in reporting actual results across the NFI Group. You’ll work closely with business unit teams to deliver accurate reconciliations, support overhead accounting, ensure robust balance sheet controls, and contribute to month‑end activities. This role plays a vital part in maintaining financial integrity, supporting compliance requirements, and helping drive continuous improvement within the Group Accounting function.
What We’re Looking For
- You will be a confident communicator who can build strong working relationships across multiple departments.
- You will bring a proactive, problem‑solving mindset, strong organisational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
- You will also be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, with solid Excel skills and experience gained within a large finance function, ideally with exposure to foreign exchange.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with intercompany transactions and reconciliation
- Exposure to balance sheet controls and monthly financial close processes
- Knowledge of master data controls (supplier/customer)
- Experience with tax compliance support
- Familiarity with ERP systems in a multi‑entity environment
