POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for aService Exchange Coordinatorwho brings energy, precision, and initiative to every task. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic team where your skills will make a real impact.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
· Monitoring and reviewing inbound core charges with precision.
· Updating external core charges and maintaining an accurate customer database.
· Ensuring successful automated publishing of monthly core reports.
· Liaising with suppliers on core returns and credits.
· Managing international core returns and onboarding new suppliers.
· Requesting purchase orders for overdue core from customers.
· Receiving and recording supplier core invoices.
· Raising customer surcharge and scrap metal invoices.
· Booking in returned core and printing weekly reports for Service Exchange drivers.
· Collaborating with drivers and warranty teams.
· Providing end-of-month financial reports to Finance.
