What You'll Do
As a Logistics Team Leader, you will oversee the smooth running of a fast‑paced warehouse and lineside supply operation. You'll lead and support a team of logistics operatives, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and delivered safely and accurately. You'll be responsible for driving operational performance, maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a strong, hands‑on leader who can manage day‑to‑day warehouse activity while developing a motivated, high‑performing team. You'll bring experience in logistics or warehouse leadership, excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving and improvement. You'll be confident working cross‑functionally with planning, production, transport, and quality teams to keep materials flowing efficiently.
- Bonus if you have:
- Experience managing picking, dispatch, or production supply operations
- Knowledge of MRP/WMS systems and stock accuracy processes
- Experience leading Tier meetings or using visual management tools
- Background in continuous improvement, 5S, or structured problem‑solving
- Health & Safety training or qualifications
