What You’ll Do
As our Business Change Lead, you will play a key role in shaping how change is delivered across the business. You’ll lead the development and implementation of a structured, system‑driven change management approach that minimises risk, cost, and disruption while supporting operational excellence. Working cross‑functionally, you’ll ensure change is effectively managed, prioritised, and communicated at all levels of the organisation.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a confident and experienced change professional with a strong background in engineering or manufacturing environments. You’ll bring expertise in change management processes, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to analyse and communicate complex data. Comfortable working across functions and influencing at senior levels, you’ll be highly organised, collaborative, and able to balance priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Bonus if you have:
- Experience with engineering release processes and change drivers
- Understanding of supply chain, cost impacts, and quality requirements
- Experience working with integrated and non‑integrated information systems
- Degree‑qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant field
