What You’ll Do
- Shape and deliver Alexander Dennis\’ people strategy across the UK and overseas territories.
- Work closely with leaders across Sales, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, Quality, and Marketing.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance on talent development, employee engagement, employee relations, and cultural change.
- Act as a trusted partner helping teams and the business thrive.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of generalist HR experience at Advisor or Business Partner level.
- Strong knowledge of HR, employment law, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Organised, commercially aware, confident working with leaders, staff representatives and employee forums.
- A collaborative mindset, positive energy, and the ability to influence at all levels.
Bonus if you have
- A degree in HR or Business.
- CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards it.
- Experience with integrated HR and payroll systems or community and employee engagement initiatives.
