Job Title HR Business Partner

What You’ll Do

  • Shape and deliver Alexander Dennis\’ people strategy across the UK and overseas territories.
  • Work closely with leaders across Sales, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, Quality, and Marketing.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance on talent development, employee engagement, employee relations, and cultural change.
  • Act as a trusted partner helping teams and the business thrive.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of generalist HR experience at Advisor or Business Partner level.
  • Strong knowledge of HR, employment law, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Organised, commercially aware, confident working with leaders, staff representatives and employee forums.
  • A collaborative mindset, positive energy, and the ability to influence at all levels.

Bonus if you have

  • A degree in HR or Business.
  • CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards it.
  • Experience with integrated HR and payroll systems or community and employee engagement initiatives.
