Manufacturing Engineer

Location: We design, deliver, and support market-leading buses and coaches that help reduce emissions, improve air quality, and keep communities connected.

Every role contributes to that mission whether you're engineering, driving sales, improving production, or supporting our customers.

What You'll Do You'll support operations to achieve delivery, cost, quality, and safety goals by providing strong manufacturing engineering capability to our production lines.

You'll proactively set up production for success, ensuring build hours are met for new contracts, and reactively resolve process issues to reduce cost.

You'll deliver NPI requirements driven by customer contracts, implement process improvements, and support production escalations.

What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced manufacturing engineer with strong mechanical or electrical technical competency and experience in NPI.

You'll have expertise in production change control, proactive line setup, and data-driven problem-solving.
