What You'll Do
As a Supplier Warranty Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing warranty failures and determining supplier responsibility, ensuring accurate and timely recovery of costs. Working across Engineering, Quality, and Procurement, you'll interpret technical data, manage supplier warranty claims, and provide insight that drives product improvement and supplier performance.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who can confidently interpret technical information and make evidence-based decisions. You will be comfortable working with data, engaging with suppliers, and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve outcomes. Experience in warranty, supplier quality, or a manufacturing environment will be highly beneficial.
Bonus if you have:
- Background in automotive, bus, coach, or commercial vehicle manufacturing
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA or IATF 16949
- Experience with ERP or warranty management systems such as Syspro, Syncron, or Qlik
- A relevant technical qualification in engineering or manufacturing
