What You'll Do

As our Senior Engineering Manager for Homologation, you will lead all new-vehicle certification activity across the global Alexander Dennis product range. You'll work closely with Engineering leadership to ensure our designs meet National and International legislative requirements for every market we operate in or plan to enter. You will lead a specialist team responsible for legislative strategy, certification delivery, and continuous improvement of homologation processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across the business.

What We're Looking For

You will bring a high level of technical competence, proven experience with Type Approval processes, and strong leadership capability. You will be confident working with Type Approval Authorities, communicating legislative requirements across the business, and managing both long- and short-term resource planning. You'll thrive in a role where risk management, continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration are essential, and where effective communication at all levels is key.

Bonus if you have:

• Degree-level qualification in an Engineering discipline
• Experience within legislative, homologation, or certification environments
• Experience representing organisations in professional bodies or legislative working groups
