What You’ll Do

As Finance Business Partner, you will lead the central overhead forecasting process while supporting the wider function within the AD Business Unit. You’ll provide high-quality financial analysis and insight, partner with stakeholders across the business, and help drive better understanding and control of costs to support effective decision‑making.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a commercially minded and analytical finance professional with strong systems and Excel capability, who is confident working across functions and influencing stakeholders at all levels. You’ll be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable challenging existing practices to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Bonus if you have:

  • CIMA / ACCA / ACA part-qualified or fully qualified
  • Experience of working in a large, multi-site or global organisation
  • Experience using Syspro and/or Hyperion
