Location: Skelmersdale
As a Credit Controller, you’ll be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts across a large portfolio of customer accounts within our Aftermarket business. You’ll work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries, maintain strong relationships, and ensure timely payments.
Alongside core collections activity, you’ll support wider Accounts Receivable processes, helping to maintain accurate financial records, improve processes, and contribute to the overall performance of the team.
We’re looking for an experienced Credit Controller who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll be confident managing large account portfolios, resolving queries, and influencing customers to achieve positive outcomes.
With strong analytical skills and attention to detail, you’ll be comfortable working with financial systems and Excel, while maintaining a proactive, customer-focused approach. A self-starter with excellent communication skills, you’ll be able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience managing high volumes of accounts (1000+)
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables
- Experience with ERP financial systems
- Experience within an automotive or aftermarket environment
