A keen attention to detail, a right‑first‑time mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential, as is the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a wider team.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience within the bus industry or a technically complex manufacturing environment
  • Technical knowledge of bus products and vehicle specifications
  • Experience supporting factory visits, first vehicle sign‑off, or customer PDIs
