Location: Scarborough - 4 day week (Monday - Thursday)

What You’ll Do
As a Valet at Alexander Dennis, you'll play a key role in preparing vehicles for customer delivery. Working closely with Team Leaders and colleagues across Operations, Quality and Sales, you’ll ensure buses and coaches are cleaned, presented and finished to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, a strong focus on quality and safety, and flexibility to support varying work patterns as business needs require.
What We’re Looking For
We're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and enjoys being part of a team. Previous vehicle valeting or cleaning experience is desirable, along with an understanding of safe working practices and the ability to use cleaning materials and equipment effectively. You'll be self‑motivated, reliable and able to work independently while maintaining excellent standards and supporting your colleagues.
Bonus if you have
- Previous experience valeting commercial vehicles, buses, coaches or other large vehicles
- Knowledge of COSHH regulations and safe handling of cleaning chemicals
- Experience working within a manufacturing or automotive environment
- Experience moving vehicles or acting as a banksman
