What You’ll Do

As a Data Integrity Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of critical business and engineering data across our systems. Working closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production and Planning teams, you will process engineering changes, maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), support forecasting and MRP activities, and ensure that system data accurately reflects operational requirements. You will be confident handling large volumes of data, interpreting engineering information, and working across multiple departments to ensure accuracy and consistency. Strong communication skills, a methodical approach, and the ability to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines are essential.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience using Syspro ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of engineering drawings and change control processes.
  • Previous experience supporting manufacturing, production planning, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience working within the automotive, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
