At Alexander Dennis, our vision is to lead the evolution of sustainable on-road mass transportation and mobility. We design, deliver, and support market-leading buses and coaches that help reduce emissions, improve air quality, and keep communities connected. Every role contributes to that mission whether you’re engineering, driving sales, improving production, or supporting our customers.
What You’ll Do
As Regional Service Manager, you will lead service delivery across your region, ensuring our customers receive outstanding aftermarket support. Acting as the senior escalation point, you’ll manage relationships with operators, drive service performance, and lead a field-based team to maximise vehicle availability and customer satisfaction. You’ll combine technical expertise, commercial awareness, and leadership to resolve complex issues, improve fleet reliability, and grow aftermarket opportunities.
What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring deep technical knowledge, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage regional operations and remote teams effectively. A confident communicator, you’ll engage senior stakeholders, analyse performance data, and make sound decisions under pressure, always balancing safety, customer needs, and commercial outcomes.
- Bonus if you have:
- Experience within a bus or coach OEM or Tier 1 supplier
- Exposure to electric or zero-emission fleets in operation
- Experience supporting diverse operators (public, private, independent)
- Involvement in fleet introductions or mobilisation projects
- Knowledge of UK public transport or franchising environments
