What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of delivering new products or product variants within your area of responsibility, ensuring collaboration across Mechanical Body, Chassis, Electrical, and Software teams. You’ll coordinate technical outputs, manage design reviews, and ensure compliance with legal, customer, and commercial requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll have an engineering degree (or equivalent experience) and a strong background in PSV design and manufacturing processes. You’ll bring experience in system definition, development, and requirements capture, along with excellent people management and communication skills. A structured approach, problem-solving ability, and willingness to travel are essential.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
- Knowledge of homologation, test & development processes
- Familiarity with NUDD, DVP, SOW, and SSO documentation
