- Drive requirements management activities
- Support development of innovative electric vehicle technologies
- Apply systems engineering, requirements analysis and model-based engineering techniques
- Use emerging AI-enabled tools to support design and validation of future vehicle platforms
- Collaborate with suppliers, engineering specialists and key stakeholders
- Ensure technical requirements are defined, managed and successfully delivered throughout the product development lifecycle
Requirements
- Experienced systems engineer with a strong technical background
- Experience applying Systems Engineering principles in a product development environment
- Comfortable working across mechanical, electrical and software disciplines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing requirements throughout the engineering lifecycle
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
- Experience working within the automotive, commercial vehicle or wider transportation sector
- Knowledge of electric vehicle powertrain systems and associated technologies
- Experience using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies
- Experience with requirements management platforms and systems engineering frameworks
- Experience developing or implementing AI-enabled solutions to enhance engineering processes
- Formal Systems Engineering qualifications or professional accreditation
