What You’ll Do
As an Electrician within our Production team, you’ll use your skills and experience to fit and assemble electrical components to vehicle body structures, ensuring work is completed to the required quality, safety, and time standards. Working closely with Team Leaders, Engineering, Quality, and fellow operators, you’ll interpret build instructions and drawings, select and use the correct tools and equipment, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and well‑organised production environment. You’ll be expected to take pride in your workmanship and play an active role in achieving right‑first‑time quality.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a time‑served electrician with a strong safety mindset and experience in an electrical manufacturing or engineering environment. You’ll be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, able to follow technical instructions, and confident in using tools and equipment safely. A proactive, conscientious approach and a commitment to quality, health & safety, and teamwork are essential.
Bonus if you have:
- Level 3 Electrical qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Inspection & Testing certification
- Experience in automotive, vehicle build, or complex manufacturing environment
