Alexander Daniels are working with a longstanding client to recruit a skilled Finance Administrator who thrives in a busy setting, enjoys working with a wide range of suppliers and internal teams, and takes pride in maintaining strong financial control.
Responsibilities:
- Processing supplier invoices and allocating them to the correct sites and cost codes
- Managing shared finance inboxes and handling daily supplier queries via phone and email
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for suppliers, site teams, and internal stakeholders
- Preparing, reviewing, and processing supplier payment runs
- Completing and reviewing bank reconciliations, investigating discrepancies where needed
- Maintaining accurate financial records, approvals, and audit trails
- Supporting month-end processes and wider finance administration tasks
Experience:
- Strong experience in finance administration
- Knowledge of EQUE2 / EVision is a big advantage
- Excellent communication skills – you’ll be speaking with multiple suppliers daily
- Impeccable attention to detail and superb organisational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in construction or housebuilding is highly desirable
