Transaction Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transaction Analyst / Transaction Administrator to join a leading Capital Markets team in Jersey. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of corporate entities and special purpose vehicles (SPVs) involved in financing, securitisation, debt issuance, and structured finance transactions.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of client structures, supporting transaction closings, maintaining corporate records, coordinating board meetings, monitoring regulatory obligations, and liaising with clients and professional advisers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build specialist knowledge in capital markets within a highly regulated and dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1-2 years' experience within financial services, corporate administration, fiduciary services, legal services, banking, or a related sector
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• The ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
• Experience with corporate records, board documentation, and regulatory filings would be advantageous
• A desire to develop a career within Capital Markets and corporate governance
