A leading independent provider of fund administration and corporate services is seeking an experienced Senior Fund Administrator to join its growing Jersey team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fund professional looking to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of fund structures while working within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of fund structures with minimal supervision
- Preparing and reviewing complex transaction documents and investor records
- Coordinating incorporations, restructures, liquidations and regulatory filings
- Acting as a primary point of contact for clients and professional intermediaries
- Leading client onboarding, CDD/EDD reviews and ongoing compliance activities
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Assisting with billing, time recording and project work
About You:
- Experience within fund administration, fiduciary services or a similar financial services environment
- Studying towards, or holding, a relevant professional qualification
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
