An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Real Estate Analyst to join a leading offshore lending team focused on property investment and development finance across the Channel Islands and UK. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will support the origination, structuring and management of a diverse real estate lending portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
- Financial modelling
- Credit analysis

- Portfolio monitoring
- Preparing lending recommendations for credit approval
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information and produce clear insights. Experience in real estate finance, property lending, banking, corporate finance or a related field would be advantageous. Exposure to cash flow modelling, credit assessment and property transactions is highly desirable.
