Human Resources Administrator

We are working with a well-established organisation in Jersey seeking an HR Administration Executive to join its People & Culture team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR or people administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to build their skills across the full employee lifecycle.

As the first point of contact for employees and managers, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations, ensuring accurate administration and delivering a positive employee experience. Responsibilities will include onboarding and offboarding, preparing contracts and employment documentation, supporting payroll and benefits administration, maintaining HR records, and assisting with employee relations matters.

You'll also support HR reporting, help improve processes and systems, and work closely with payroll, finance and external providers to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

• At least 2 years' experience in HR or people administration
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
• Experience handling confidential information and supporting payroll processes
• CIPD Level 3 completed or in progress (desirable)
