A leading fiduciary services provider is seeking an experienced senior leader to head its Private Client business in Guernsey. This permanent role offers strategic responsibility for people leadership, commercial performance, governance, and market presence within the island’s private client sector. The position can be offered on a hybrid or on‑site basis.

You will lead the delivery of high‑quality fiduciary services across trusts, companies, and related structures, ensuring all activity meets regulatory expectations and internal standards. Acting as a director on complex client entities, you will make informed, well‑documented decisions supported by appropriate legal, tax, and regulatory advice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving revenue and profitability
  • Developing and coaching leaders and teams
