You'll play a key role in supporting the finance function, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From processing invoices and payments to assisting with reconciliations, billing and financial reporting, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of responsibilities while working alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your development.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Processing invoices, expenses and payments
- Assisting with billing and accounts administration
- Supporting bank and account reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial records and data
- Handling finance-related queries from colleagues and stakeholders
- Assisting with reporting and wider finance projects
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Previous admin experience would be advantageous but not essential
