Tax Analyst

We’re recruiting for a Tax Analyst to join a dynamic and forward‑thinking finance team, where you’ll gain exposure across direct and indirect taxes, financial reporting, and a range of exciting finance transformation projects.

The Role
Reporting into the Tax Manager, you’ll be involved in:
- Preparing corporation tax computations and supporting tax returns
- Assisting with VAT and other indirect tax compliance
- Producing tax reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Supporting tax accounting and reporting requirements
- Working closely with finance colleagues to ensure accurate and timely submissions
- Assisting with audits and responding to information requests
- Supporting a variety of finance and tax-related projects, including process improvements and systems developments
- Helping drive efficiencies and continuous improvement across tax processes
About You
We’re keen to hear from individuals who have:
- Previous experience in tax, financial accounting, or a related finance role
- Knowledge of corporation tax and/or VAT compliance
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across the business
Qualifications

- ACA, ACCA, CTA or CIMA qualified
- Part‑qualified and actively studying
- Qualified by experience with relevant tax and accounting exposure
