We are supporting a well‑established, production‑focused advanced manufacturing business. They are now looking for a Head of FDM to take full ownership of their FDM production operation where you’ll drive output, quality, and process improvement in a fast‑paced environment. You'll operate in a production environment, where efficiency, repeatability, and delivery matter.
The Role: You will lead the FDM department end‑to‑end, combining technical expertise with day‑to‑day operational leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own FDM production performance: throughput, quality, and on‑time delivery
