Aerospace Account Manager – Flexible Hybrid – West Midlands

Our client is the UK’s Largest Contract Manufacturer part of a highly recognized global group, specializing in Additive manufacturing is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts within the Aerospace sector (OEM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including senior management and engineering teams.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable plans for our manufacturing operations.
- Conduct regular site visits for the customers in the facilities.
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle, from initial inquiry to order fulfillment and ongoing support.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new customer accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and quality, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience working with Tier 1 suppliers within the Aerospace sector.
- Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes, including casting, metal, additive manufacturing, CNC machining, or other relevant technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel
