This hands-on role involves managing end-to-end payroll across multiple companies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Please note: This role is based on-site in Derby, five days per week. Flexible arrangements may be considered for the right candidate, including part-time or full-time hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple payrolls (weekly and monthly) for employees across several entities.
- Administer contracts, pensions, and statutory compliance.
- Process hours from digital clocking systems into payroll software.
- Maintain accurate employee records and respond to payroll queries.
- Provide ad hoc support to finance/admin functions as needed.
