A fast-growing independent tax advisory firm is looking to appoint an M&A & Transactions Tax Manager (or Assistant Manager) into their expanding specialist team in Nottingham City Centre. This is a particularly attractive opportunity for someone who is keen to focus on transactional and deal-led work, whilst gaining exposure to a broad range of high-quality clients, without the bureaucracy typically associated with larger firms.

You will work across a diverse client base including owner-managed businesses, corporates and private equity-backed groups, supporting on projects including:

  • Buy-side and sell-side M&A tax advisory
  • Transaction structuring and tax planning
  • Tax due diligence
  • Management incentive and shareholder structuring
