ALEXANDER DANIELS are working with an established and growing service business who are seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Financial Accountant to join their expanding team in Nottingham. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all financial activity for a designated group of entities
- Partnering with operational and commercial teams to support performance
- Reviewing statutory and management accounts
- Producing monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets
- Preparing quarterly consolidated accounts and KPI reporting
- Managing cashflow forecasting, cash management, and distribution processes
- Reviewing VAT returns and fixed asset registers
- Completing intercompany reconciliations
