- Supporting and influencing due diligence processes.
- Driving pace and ensuring efficient deal completion.
Post-Deal Support:
- Contributing to continuous improvement of the acquisition strategy.
The journey for growth:
This is a business with a clear and credible buy-and-build strategy, targeting profitable, regional businesses and scaling them into a national platform. Backed by experienced private equity investors, focused on rapid but disciplined acquisition growth, with a clear pathway to value creation and future exit. You will be joining at a pivotal stage — where foundations are in place, but significant growth (and opportunity) lies ahead.

We are keen to speak with high-calibre M&A professionals who combine technical capability with genuine commercial instinct. Proven experience in M&A / Corporate Finance / Deal Advisory with strong exposure to end-to-end transaction execution. Background in corporate finance teams or transaction services.
Profile:
- Commercially minded and able to operate in the lower mid-market.
- Confident engaging directly with owner-managed businesses.
- Able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
