A fantastic opportunity to join this growing firm — we are recruiting for an experienced Senior Tax Adviser to join this expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CTA-qualified (or equivalent) tax professional who enjoys working on complex personal tax planning projects while also mentoring and developing others.

The Role

  • You’ll take the lead on a portfolio of advisory-led tax projects, including:
    • Inheritance Tax planning
    • Trust structures
    • Family Investment Companies
    • Bespoke tax-efficient restructuring
  • Alongside delivery, you’ll:
    • Review and oversee work produced by Tax Advisers and junior staff
    • Provide strategic, technically robust advice to clients
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships
    • Support and mentor team members’ development

What We’re Looking For

  • CTA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong technical expertise across direct taxes (IHT, CGT, CT, Income Tax, etc.)
  • Experience in advisory/project-based tax work
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
