Financial Reporting Manager required for a uniquely-interesting service business in Fulham, central London. This business operates globally in a distinctively original space with no other UK competitors, and with its sound leadership has incredibly-exciting growth plans for the next five years to continue winning contracts internationally.

We're looking for someone from a Top 10 audit firm to join as Financial Reporting Manager, joining a forward-thinking and dynamic organisation. As the Financial Reporting Manager, you will be primarily responsible for:
- Production of statutory and financial accounts for multiple entities across UK and Europe, complying to local GAAP and tax requirements
- Production of consolidated annual financial accounting statements for all European entities, and submission to the US parent according to US GAAP
- Leading the annual audit process from planning to review stages, and acting as the central point of contact for external auditors for your entities
- Provision of financial accounting support across the UK-based group functions, such as accounting position papers and informing on complex financial reporting issues
- Management of monthly financial reporting for the UK business, including review and analysis
- Implementation of new controls and governance procedures as appropriate, in line with new US GAAP, UK GAAP and European GAAP regulations
- Business partnering the financial leadership team and senior leadership team as required, to communicate financial position and support business cases to improve performance
- Continuous improvement of financial reporting systems and processes to streamline reporting practices and improve results
- Working with local tax advisors to ensure that tax reporting is submitted accurately and on a timely basis relevant to each region's requirements
- Ad hoc project support work to assist the group's ongoing development plans
The ideal candidate for this role will be an ICAEW/ICAS qualified accountant making their first move into industry from Big 4 or Top 10 audit firms. Those who are qualified in industry with relevant experience will also be considered for the role. You'll need to have a couple of years' post-qualification experience and be at least Assistant Manager or Manager for this role.
