Financial Controller in Coventry

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of Group accounting, lead transactional and payroll teams, and ensure robust processes and compliance across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial results, budgets, and forecasts for Group reporting.
• Manage statutory returns, balance sheet reconciliations, and 13-week cash flow submissions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain the integrity of financial systems.
• Oversee payroll delivery and collaborate with FP&A teams for optimal financial outcomes.
• Mentor and develop your team while driving process improvements and leveraging technology.

What We’re Looking For

• Essential: ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and multi-site operations
• Experience with budgets, statutory accounting, and external audits
• Knowledge of Navision ERP
• Background in manufacturing or project accounting
