Reporting into the VP Finance EMEA, you'll take ownership of financial control across the region, ensuring robust reporting, strong governance, and continuous improvement across a complex international operation.

- What you'll be doing
- Leading the EMEA financial control function and developing a talented finance team.
- Owning month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting activities
- Ensuring compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, SOX and local statutory requirements.
- Managing external audits and statutory reporting across multiple countries.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Operations and HR.
- Driving automation, process improvements and finance transformation initiatives.
- Supporting business decisions through insightful financial leadership and strong commercial awareness.
What we're looking for
You’ll likely be a Financial Controller, Head of Finance, Finance Director or similar, with experience operating in a complex international environment.
You'll ideally bring
- Strong technical accounting knowledge across IFRS, US GAAP and control frameworks.
- A track record of leading and developing successful finance teams.
- Experience improving processes, implementing change and driving operational excellence.
- Background within consumer products, FMCG, manufacturing, distribution or similarly fast-paced environments.
