Accounting Manager – Hybrid- Coventry

Alexander Daniels have been exclusively retained to recruit a Qualified Accounting Manager to oversee group accounting and transactional and payroll teams and ensuring robust processes and compliance across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial results, budgets, and forecasts for Group reporting.
• Manage statutory returns, balance sheet reconciliations, and 13-week cash flow submissions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain integrity of financial systems.
• Oversee payroll delivery and collaborate with FP&A teams for optimal financial outcomes.
• Mentor and develop your team while driving process improvements and efficiency through technology.

What We’re Looking For;

Essential: ACCA/CIMA qualified

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and multi-site operations
• Experience with budgets, statutory accounting, and external audits

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Navision ERP
• Manufacturing or project accounting experience
